- Promoted from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer July 2014.
- Developed C# MVC page templates to merchandise products across 20+ localized websites, including high visibility pages such as the homepage and product pages for the holiday season.
- Front-end developer for a product configurator using Backbone. Later was a primary developer in its redesign with JavaScript and jQuery to simplify the code and increase extensibility.
- Formed a rapid prototyping squad to research and perform customer testing around site navigation. Later lead the development for production with Sitecore, SASS, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Developed and maintained JavaScript unit and integration tests with Mocha, Chai, and Sinon.JS.
- Took initiative to create standards for SCSS files and integrated a linter into the build system.
- Part of the team that developed the first page to be delivered on the Sitecore platform.
- Before Sitecore, was the primary support for WPF in-house CMS-like tools used by marketers to create the pages and navigation links.
- Lead discussions around team development standards, cultural norms and component ownership.
- Work within agile teams, frequently stepping in to lead standups and retrospectives.
